What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Our Korkscrew Kurls team is fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and your happiness is our top priority. Each bundled hair and product has been examined by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. If  you are unhappy with it for any reason, you can exchange or return your Korkscrew Kurls product(s) within 7 days of receipt as long as the packaging and hair/bottles are in perfect condition. 
 

 All hair purchased at a discount cannot be returned. It is final sale only. 

Important Info:

(1)The curl pattern of the hair product you received may appear a little more defined than those showcased by vloggers and stylists on social media. After you manipulate the hair by brusing it out, the curls will then be the same size as you may have seen on our testers. 
If you feel that the curl pattern you received is COMPLETELY different from the curl pattern of your own hair, please email korkscrewkurls@gmail.com ASAP, and keep the hair EXACTLY THE WAY IT CAME. This means the hair extensions have NOT been brushed out, combed with your fingers, washed, installed, colored, or bleached. The ties have NOT been cut. We cannot do return or exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. No exceptions. 

(2)Please do remember to co-wash the hair before your first install to reduce tangling.

Where are you located?

Korkscrew Kurls is based and operated in Houston Texas. Operated in Qatar and UAE. We just opened our operation office in Qatar this year 2024.

How many clips are in a set?

Our clip in package comes with a full bundle of 7 pieces

What are your hours of operation?

We process orders and ship from our office monday to saturday.
